Our pieces are usually shipped on the day the order is placed. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Depending on the country where you live in, you can expect your items to take 1 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Our carrier does not deliver packages on Saturdays, so if you order on Friday, delivery will usually take place after the weekend.

Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands: 1-3 business days

If, within 30 days of receiving your Hundred Layers products, you decide that they aren’t right for you for any reason, rest assured that the return process is easy. Simply activate your return label by visiting hundredlayers.com/returns and drop your package off at the nearest DHL Service Point.
